Positive mood. Self esteem. Restful sleep. Who doesn't want all of these?? And how can this be achieved, you query? Exercise! This very long article (in very small type) attempts to round up many studies on exercise and mental health for a series "sponsored by" the President's Council on Physical Fitness.
